Yoga with Amy is an experience of awareness. Amy applies her knowledge of anatomy to her teaching to help her students understand their postural patterns. She encourages her students to explore a conscious connection of the body and mind. Through balanced physical alignment and fullness of breath, the mind begins to quiet - which is the true gift of Yoga. Come reconnect and explore your BodyMindSpirit!
